These terms govern your use of athavita.com (the "website"), operated by Athavita Software Private Limited ("Athavita", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the website

The website provides information about Athavita, our services and our products. Content is provided for general information and does not form an offer or contract. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Products and third-party websites

The website links to our products, including Dairy Giant, CampusHub, Kaiveron and GBHost, and to other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

3. Illustrative content

Product screens, sample figures and examples shown on the website are illustrative and may not reflect live data or exact product behaviour.

4. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Athavita and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish the content without our written permission. Ownership of software we build for clients is set out in each client agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending spam through the contact form or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Timelines such as "a proposal within 48 hours" describe our usual practice and are not guarantees.

7. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Athavita is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
